茂隆科技公司投资的新祺科技产业园，位于中国广东东莞塘厦，系“中国工业百强区”深圳龙华北部的科苑城园区，占地面积约22560m²，总建筑面积约67000m²；共投资约3.5亿元，系集产、研、商、住一体化运营的产城融合“新祺天地”。

Xinqi Technology Industrial Park, invested by Master Bloom Technology Co., LTD., is located in YuanKeyuan City Park in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China and near to the north of Longhua District of Shenzhen that is one of the "Top 100 Industrial Areas in China", covering an area of about 22560m²with a total construction area of about 67000m². The park is named as "Xinqi World" integrating industry, research, business and housing with a total investment of about 350 million yuan.

 新祺科技产业园项目于2019年4月正式启动，由5栋产研大厦组成，设计采用现代派建筑风格，形成白色美学与橙灰相映的美学工场，创新性客货分流，涵盖总部办公、研发基地、智能仓储、工作厂区、商业服务等多功能区域，打造环境生态化、形象高端化、产品弹性化、配套社区化的智造型产业空间，构建从产业聚合、企业创业并融合城市服务功能于一体的新型4.0园区样本。

The project of Xinqi Technology Industrial Park officially started up in April, 2019. It is composed of 5 industrial and research buildings. The design adopts modern architecture style, forming an aesthetic workshop with colors of white, orange and gray, which aims to build an intelligent modeling industrial space with ecological environment, high-end image, flexible products and supporting community, and build a new 4.0 industrial park sample integrating headquarters office, research base, intelligent storage, factory, business services and other multi-functional areas.

项目历时18个月，平安顺利封顶，于2022年5月全面完成建设并交付使用，三个月内新型工厂实现100%的入住率，有力地支持了当地经济发展，为公司创造更多的经济效益。项目建设过程中始终围绕安全、质量、进度为核心，健全机制，统筹协调现场施工方关系以及政府关系的维护等方面取得了较好的成绩，并获得了“广东省建筑工程优质结构奖”和“东莞市房屋市政工程安全生产文明施工示范工地”荣誉称号。

The project lasted for 18 months, and the roof-topping works for the buildings were conducted successfully ,which brought the project into commission in May 2022. Within three months, the new factory achieved 100% occupancy rate, which strongly supported the local economic development and created more economic benefits for the company. In the process of project construction, we have always focused on safety, quality and progress, improved the mechanism, coordinated the relationship between the construction party and the government, and made good achievements, such as the honorary title of "High Quality Structure Award of Construction Engineering in Guangdong Province " and "Construction Demonstration Site of Safe and Civilized Housing and Municipal Engineering Production in Dongguan City".
